1. General Agreement: The Customer agrees and acknowledges that the use of the services offered by Drivo is at the sole risk of the Customer. The liability of Drivo is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Customer can rent a vehicle under Drivo platform for Tourist and Personal Travel purposes.
a. Driving License and Aadhaar Card / Voter ID issued by government authority or institution.
b. Local IDs / Students must carry their Job / College / Institution ID Card for address verification.
c. Without Job / College ID, local ID holders cannot rent a car under Drivo platform.
d. Please keep digital or original copies handy for physical verification at vehicle handover.
e. In the absence of valid required documents, booking will be treated as cancelled with standard cancellation fees.
f. The customer is authorized to drive under all circumstances. If there are co-drivers, their valid documents must be verified prior to handover.
a. Minimum 21 Years for Normal range vehicles.
b. Minimum 24 Years for Premium and Luxury Range vehicles.
a. Maximum speed limit is 80 km/h for safety. A penalty of ₹200 applies on first speed violation instance.
b. An additional penalty of ₹500 applies for subsequent violations.
c. Habitual over-speeding may result in security deposit forfeiture for safety violations.
a. ₹3,000 for standard Cars & Bikes.
b. ₹10,000 for Premium Range Vehicles.
c. Payment Modes: Cash, UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), Card, or Online.
d. Refund is processed back via the original payment mode within 24 hours of successful vehicle return.
a. Unlimited Kilometers offered on bookings of 24 hours or longer on standard range vehicles.
b. 180 km/24 hrs limit applies for premium range vehicles; extra km charged at ₹30/km.
c. Outside Odisha travel must be declared in advance prior to departure.
Smoking, drinking, carrying prohibited substances, racing, towing, subletting, and commercial transportation are strictly forbidden.
Drivo provides round-the-clock roadside assistance across all authorized operational routes in Odisha.
Vehicles are handed over with a noted fuel level. Return the car at the same fuel level to avoid refueling service fees.
